Ownership and risk associated with the products transfer to the customer upon dispatch from our facility or delivery to the agreed location, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labour disputes, government regulations, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
7. Warranty and Liability
